Includes one removable
BOOSTER™ that lets you increase the absorbency on heavy flow days, or dial it back for light flow days. Holds 4 regular tampons without BOOSTER™ and 8 regular tampons with a BOOSTER™.
The removable booster is genius — on my heaviest days I leave it in and don't think about it for hours, and on light days I just pull it out. Never expected underwear to actually handle that much without leaking.
I was skeptical about the absorbency claims, but wearing it on my heaviest day with the booster in, I didn't have to change once during an eight-hour shift. Removing the insert for lighter days is simple, and it stays put without any bunching.
The BOOSTER insert is a game-changer—on heavy days I use it and feel completely secure, then remove it for lighter days. Holds way more than my usual pads without feeling bulky.
