Includes one removable BOOSTER ™ that lets you increase the absorbency on heavy flow days, or dial it back for light flow days. Holds 4 regular tampons without BOOSTER ™ and 8 regular tampons with a BOOSTER ™.
Heavy flow days used to mean changing every couple hours, but with the booster in I can go a full workday without worrying. Without it, these are still comfortable enough for lighter days, which makes the 3-pack feel like good value.
The booster insert makes such a difference on my heaviest days, and I love that I can just pull it out when things lighten up. Three pairs in the pack means I'm never scrambling on laundry day either.
Finally, underwear that adapts instead of making me adapt. The removable booster is genius—pops in for heavy days, out for light ones, and the switch from 4 to 8 tampons' worth of capacity is huge.
