Includes one removable BOOSTER ™ that lets you increase the absorbency on heavy flow days, or dial it back for light flow days. Holds 4 regular tampons without BOOSTER ™ and 8 regular tampons with a BOOSTER ™.
The removable booster is genius — I leave it in for my heaviest days and snap it out for lighter ones, so one pair covers my whole cycle. Absorbency is genuinely impressive; it handled a full workday without a single leak.
Heavy flow days used to mean changing every couple hours, but this actually holds up through a full workday. I leave the booster in on day two and take it out for the lighter days, which is way more convenient than buying two different packs.
I was nervous about overnight leaks but this held up through a full night's sleep without any issues. The absorbency is honestly impressive, and being able to swap in the booster for my heaviest days gives me real peace of mind.
