I was skeptical about the booster insert at first, but on my heaviest days it easily handles what used to require changing every two hours. The three-pack means I'm never scrambling on laundry day either.
The removable booster is genius for my heaviest days and I just leave it out on lighter ones, so I'm not stuck buying two different pairs. Three pairs got me through a whole period without doing laundry, which never happens.
I was skeptical about a 3-pack lasting me, but the absorbency is no joke — 8 regular tampons' worth on my heaviest days without a single leak. The liner stays put during my morning runs, which I didn't expect from something this thin.
