Rubbed this into my lower belly during the worst of day one and the cramping eased up within minutes. It's a little greasy at first, but it sank in fine and I got a solid three hours before I needed more. Keep it in my bag now.
I was skeptical about a cream helping with cramps, but this one eased the pain within minutes and lasted a solid three hours before I needed more.
I rub this into my lower belly right when the cramps hit and the relief is almost immediate. It lasts a solid three hours, and I love that I can just reapply if I need more. The plant-based formula doesn't irritate my skin at all, which was my main worry.
