These got me through a ten-hour flight and a full day of sightseeing without a single leak, which honestly surprised me for how thin the pad feels. The organic cotton top layer is soft enough that I forgot I was wearing it, unlike the plasticky ones I used before.
I was skeptical about the organic cotton top layer since I usually find cotton pads feel rough, but this one is genuinely soft and doesn't bunch up. The absorbent core handled a full day at work without any leaking, even on day two which is always my worst.
Wore one overnight during my heaviest flow and woke up totally dry — the edge-to-edge leakproof really holds up. The organic cotton top layer stayed soft and breathable, no itching or bunching.
